A Youth Cricket Coach trains and mentors young players, develops their cricketing skills, fosters sportsmanship, and ensures their physical and emotional well-being during practices and matches.

Requirements

• Experience coaching or playing cricket, ideally with youth.
• Strong knowledge of cricket techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to pass background checks.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel for games/tournaments.
• Valid first aid and CPR certification. (Nice to have)

Work Environment

• Outdoor fields, indoor practice facilities, and community centers.
• Working closely with children, parents, and other coaching staff.
