A Youth Cricket Coach trains and mentors young players, develops their cricketing skills, fosters sportsmanship, and ensures their physical and emotional well-being during practices and matches.

Requirements
- Experience coaching or playing cricket, ideally with youth.
- Strong knowledge of cricket techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel for games/tournaments.
- Valid first aid and CPR certification. (Nice to have)
Work Environment
- Outdoor fields, indoor practice facilities, and community centers.
- Working closely with children, parents, and other coaching staff.
